I’ve spent over 25 years building offices across borders, Europe, the Middle East, North America. I’ve helped companies enter new markets, scale globally, and navigate complexity. I’ve worked at the intersection of startups, corporates, governments, and capital.
But somewhere along the way, I realized that something was broken. The people building the future were burning out. The most capable founders were being overlooked.
So I decided to change how the game is played.
Today I am building a founder-first economy and a startup culture where capital follows character, purpose and profitability. I see a future where founders scale companies without losing their spark and where borders, geographic, social or psychological, no longer decide who gets funded.
